Useful Self Exercises

1. Neck Slides are a great exercise for increasing flexibility for patients who have restriction at the upper part of their neck region:

When you can do this well, please try stretching as far as possible to the left and compare it with the right. 
You can also try moving in 360 degrees instead of just left and right too.

2. For minor TMJ issues:

The patient should gently bite down and roll the syringe back and forth between the teeth until reduction is achieved. The opposite side reduces spontaneously, however, if this does not occur, the syringe should be placed on that side as well.
